MILLER LITE "MY ULTIMATE CONNECTION" SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Miller Lite "My Ultimate Connection" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (except residents of California) and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of MillerCoors LLC ("Sponsor"), Miller Brewing Company, SABMiller plc., and their respective divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers involved in promotion, including The Ignition Network, LLC, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and individuals residing in the same households of such employees are not eligible. Employees of alcohol beverage retailers and distributors are also not eligible. Void in CA and where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 1/01/09 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 4/30/09 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). There are four methods of entry for the Sweepstakes: 1) Look for displays in participating retail outlets where alcoholic beverages are sold and enter by completing and mailing an official entry form, available while supplies last, or a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper hand-printed with your complete name, address, birth date, email address (optional), daytime phone number, and signature, to: Miller Lite "My Ultimate Connection" Sweepstakes, PO Box 383, South Bend, IN 46624-0383. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 4/30/09 and received by 5/5/09. No mechanically reproduce entries will be accepted. Limit one entry per outer envelope. 2) Visit www.millerlitelatino.com during the Sweepstakes Period and follow directions to submit an entry. Automated methods of entry are prohibited. 3) Text "Musica" on your wireless SMS-enabled phone to 30364 during the Sweepstakes Period. 4) Look for Miller Lite promotional agents at participating retail outlets where alcohol beverages are sold for entry through electronic handheld tablet registration.

   TEXT MESSAGE ENTRY DETAILS: After you text "Musica" to 30364, you will receive a reply text message asking you to indicate your date of birth (mmddyyyyy). After you reply to that text message with an eligible date of birth, you will be sent a reply text message confirming entry. Standard text-message rates apply to each message sent or received. Other charges may apply; check your mobile plan for details. Sponsor cannot guarantee this program will be available on all carriers. To cease receiving messages regarding the Sweepstakes, send the word STOP to short code 30364. Your entry will remain eligible for the sweepstakes, but you will not receive future text messages except for notification if you are selected as a potential winner.

   Limit one (1) entry per person, phone number, and/or e-mail address per day. If more than one (1) entry is received from one person in a single day, only the first entry received will be considered valid. For purposes of this promotion, a "day" is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET. Promotion ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 4/30/09.

3. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):

   Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Total ARV of all Prizes for each month: $4,600.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Ten (10) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in each of 4 random drawings on or about 2/6/09, 3/6/09, 4/6/09, and 5/6/09 from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 pm ET of the last day of the preceding month. The drawings will be conducted by The Ignition Network, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Non-winning entries will be carried over into subsequent drawings.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via traceable method of delivery, or by phone if potential winner entered via text message. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize is non- transferable. PO Boxes are not accepted for prize claim. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes will be shipped within 6-8 weeks of verification of eligibility.
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, postage-due, mutilated, or misdirected mail/e-mail, entries not received in time for random drawings or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. In the event of a dispute regarding any online entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Grand Prize winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the promotion or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the security, fairness or integrity of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. In the event Miller is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Miller's control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, printing error, production, computer or other cause not reasonably within Miller's control (each a "Force Majeure") event or occurrence, including any prize announcement or notifications, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to rule # 3, Miller shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. If Miller, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line. In the event of cancellation or more claims are received than are intended to be awarded, Miller will award the prize in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, providing a sufficient number of entries are received. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor, their respective representatives, directors, officers, agents, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies including The Ignition Network, LLC, employees and assigns ("Released Parties"), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of or in connection with the prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or the prizes awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Wisconsin in the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of Wisconsin. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of prize. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the case of all disputes or conflicts, the rules in English are the official rules.
